THE CHAMBER OF CONSTRUCTION DESIGNING

The Chamber of Construction Designing (CCD), a member of the National Economic Chamber, is an economic selfgovernment organization of designing offices and establishments connected with building industry all over Poland. The private, co-operative and national firms are united in the Chamber.

The Chamber unites about 200 firms and establishments and is the biggest of this type organizations in Poland nowadays.

The Chamber represents economic interest of CCD members to State authorities and other domestic and foreign organizations.

The Chambers, within its main objectives, certifies and promotes out-put of united firms and holds up image of the designers circles.

The Chambers takes part in keeping up the professional morality both of designers, engineers and technicians of various branches and economists and lawyers acting in the building industry area.

CCD for INVESTORS:

- organizes the permanent and comprehensive communication with the Design Offices and Project Realizers,
- provides consulting services in scope of the building industry obligatory legal rules and estimation of project elaboration costs,
- informs on the new technologies implementated in building industry,
- publishes the yearly catalogue–guide “PRESENTATION” which contains the detail offers of CCD’s design firms and partners acting in building engineering area.

CCD for PARTNER FIRMS, MANUFACTURERS, PRODUCERS AND SUPPLIERS OF MATERIAL, MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENT:

* spreads information on their techcommercial offers in the designers circles,
* propagates the new technologies implementated in building industry,
* presents the FIRMS’ offers in its periodic publications: PRESENTATION (yearly), NEWS of IPB (monthly) and not periodic, essential publications,
* presents the FIRMS’ product offers during seminaries, trainings and conferencies of designers,
* sponsores the competition ”THE BEST BUILDING OF THE YEAR” .

CCD for GOVERNMENT OFFICES, SELFGOVERNMENT AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, SCIENCE AND RESEARCH INSTITUTES:

* organizes co-operation with the engineer-design circle,
* disseminates both the standards and regulations and publications in ghe subject matter of multibranch structure engineering,
* elaborates expertises and analysis in scope of the building structure problems

CCD for FOREING FIRMS, which are going to invest in Poland , offers:

* consultations for investors within investment project preparation and execution as well as within requirements regulations and standards being in force in Poland,
* assistance in finding appropriate professional design establishment that will provide top quality design and consulting services according to any customer’s neeed,
* co-operation in mating foreign investors with Polish partners who can offer building grounds or buildings or other facilities and want to enter into such partnership,
* check-up of project documentation prepared by foreing designers adaptation of the project to the Polish requirements, cofirmation of foreign project documentation by Polish authorities, and making necessary co-ordination settlements,
* efficient promotion of foreign materials, products and equipment for building industry applications , through covering them in the CHAMBER’s publications distributes directly among designers.
